Message	meaing high psi = external wastegates Research and see how many high boost race cars use internal ones... Reasons include quick response, added flow, less turbulence etc.... As for the turbo choices, smaller BB turbos are not as reliable in my opinion at handling high boost where exhaust pulses cause high pressures on the bearings that would otherwise be buffered by the oil in the bushing...
